Edna Garcia-Dipini is the Founder and Executive Director of RIZE Youth Arts Organization and founder of FoxGlove Group LLC. She is a community organizer, arts advocate, and public innovator with over two decades of experience developing youth leadership, civic engagement, and cultural arts initiatives. Edna leads several regional initiatives focused on youth violence prevention, civic participation, and arts-based community development.

Godfrey Tabarez
Film Editor
Godfrey Tabarez is a media editor specializing in documentary editing, post-production, and visual storytelling. He supports the technical development of the Roots of Solidarity documentary by shaping narrative structure, editing interviews, and preparing the film for public screenings and digital distribution.

Kathryn Serrano
Creative Producer
Kathryn Serrano
supports the creative direction and production development of the film, helping shape the storytelling process, coordinate filming schedules, and guide the visual and narrative elements of the project. Kathryn works closely with the director and production team to ensure authentic representation of community voices, cultural context, and historical narratives while supporting overall project coordination and creative execution.

Joshua Dipini
Field Producer
Joshua Dipini is a sophomore at Alvernia University majoring in film & communications. A youth creative and emerging filmmaker supporting the project as a media assistant. He assists with filming, visual documentation, and storytelling while gaining hands-on experience in documentary production and media arts.

Isamac Torres-Figueroa
Cultural Research & Community Liaison
Isamac Torres-Figueroa contributes to cultural research and community engagement, helping identify elders, historical narratives, and community partners. Her role helps ensure the project accurately reflects the cultural history and lived experiences of Puerto Rican and Latino families in Reading PA.
